BOOKING POLICY
Our time spent with you is very important to us. We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Missed Appointments
If a client fails to cancel their appointment in time and/or no-show, they may be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Rebooking will not be allowed until this is paid.

Late Arrivals
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule if the service chosen cannot be completed in the remaining time available. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your appointment time, it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.

We understand that emergencies come up and life happens. In certain instances, exceptions may be given.

When booking services that require longer appointment times, you may be asked to put a card on file or a 50% down deposit towards that service. This will help cut down on the amount of no-shows and last-minute cancellations that leave open hours in our day when we could be servicing other clients.
